Hello, I'm Sandi Madikane, a qualified counsellor with a Master of Counselling and a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard.
Originally from Zimbabwe and now based in Sydney, I understand that our life experiences, culture, relationships, and personal journeys all shape who we are. I value creating spaces where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed, respected, and accepted exactly as they are.
My practice offers a range of services designed to support wellbeing in different ways, including individual counselling (telehealth), online therapeutic groups, and wellbeing workshops for organisations and events.
My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy and trauma-informed practice. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role isn't to tell you what to do or have all the answers — it's to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as you explore your experiences and discover your own strengths.
As someone who has experienced life's challenges and transitions, I understand the courage it can take to reach out for support. I know how powerful it can be to have someone who truly listens without judgement and creates space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, working through difficult experiences, looking to better understand yourself, or seeking wellbeing support for your organisation, you'll be met with empathy, authenticity, and genuine care.
My hope is that every person who enters my counselling space feels heard, valued, and empowered to take the next step in their journey.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey towards healing, growth, and wellbeing.
