I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted.
My counselling approach is grounded in person-centred therapy and trauma-informed practice. Together, we create a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgement and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
Receive professional counselling from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own home.
Telehealth counselling allows you to access confidential support without the need to travel, making it easier to prioritise your mental health wherever you are in Australia.
I support adults experiencing:
Anxiety and stress
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
Low self-esteem
Identity and belonging
Grief and loss
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Personal growth and self-discovery
Every counselling journey is unique. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, exploring your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Healing, connection and growth — together.
Sometimes, there is comfort in knowing that you are not the only person navigating something.
My therapeutic groups offer a safe, confidential and supportive space to explore personal experiences, build self-awareness, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
Groups are intentionally small and carefully formed. There is no open or drop-in attendance. Everyone interested in participating will join a waitlist and complete a suitability process before being invited into a group.
To support psychological safety and confidentiality, people who already know one another will not be placed in the same group.
Group 1: Reconnecting With Yourself
A therapeutic group exploring self-worth, identity, boundaries and relationships.
This group is for people who may have spent a lot of time caring for others, meeting expectations, or navigating relationships, and are ready to reconnect with themselves.
Together, we explore:
Understanding who you are beyond your roles and responsibilities
Self-worth, confidence and self-compassion
Recognising your needs and learning to honour them
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Healthy relationships and communication
Understanding relationship patterns
Reconnecting with your values and sense of self
Creating space for personal growth and meaningful change
This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and explore the relationship you have with yourself and others.
Group 2: From Surviving to Thriving
A therapeutic group exploring healing, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. This group provides a supportive space to develop greater understanding of those patterns and explore what moving forward can look like.
Together, we explore:
Understanding how difficult experiences can affect us
Recognising emotional patterns and responses
Developing emotional awareness and regulation
Building resilience without the pressure to always be strong
Self-compassion and understanding
Reconnecting with your strengths
Moving beyond survival and towards greater wellbeing
This group is trauma-informed, but it is NOT a trauma-processing or crisis group. The focus is on understanding, growth, resilience and developing supportive ways of navigating life.
Creating space to pause, connect and care for wellbeing.
